The First Thirty-Six...

An interruption to the regularly-scheduled programming...

Three years ago today, Suzanne married Ryan.  On that day, in lieu of a long and boring speech no one (present company included) needed to hear me give, I wrote this for them.  It was a father's wish.  Nothing more.  Nothing less.

Twenty-one years earlier, with neither of them on his mind but nevertheless squarely within the sphere of persons of whom he spoke, Freehold's Poet Laureate, Mr. Springsteen, wrote something for them as well:

May the feeling of that day stay with them today and every day.  They deserve nothing less.
